The M1 Pro sintering furnace is designed for high quality dental zirconia sintering. It contains 200 built-in editable circles with maximum temperature of 1550 degree.The M1 pro empowers advanced heating technology and accurate temperature control system, which meet your strict sintering demands of various brands of zirconia materials.

Operations
  1. Open the furnace door,place the furnace platform in the center position and place the restoration crowns and bridge in the sintering tray.Attention should be paid to the appropriate spacing between each restorations,and then put the sintering tray in the center of the furnace platform.
  2. Close the furnace door,set the sintering temperature,heating rate and holding time and other parameters then save and name the program.
  3. Start the device,click Start,and the furnace will heat up,hold and cool down according to the set procedure.
  4. Do not press “END” and open the furnace door during sintering to affect the result and cause safety rsks.
  5. After the completion of sintering,wait till the temperature to drop to the safe range,then the furnace door can be opened.Use special tools to clamp the sintering tray and take out the restorations.

Maintenance and Precautions
  1. It is recommended to set upa room dedicated for sintering,the room should be in awellventilated,dry,no corrosive gas environment.
  2. Furnace can not be operated without professional training.Flammable and explosive products are prohibited to place around the sintering furnace.
  3. To prevent any accidental use,please place the sintering furnace out of reach of children and animals.
  4. Install a 5KW voltage regulator to ensure stable input voltage and grounded circuit.Donot use power cables of other products duringinstallation.Use 3C certified brand products for connecting circuit breakers.
  5. If you need to install the silicon carbide rod by yourself in the sintering furnace,pay attention to whether the installation position is vertical.Sometimes the hole position of the insulation material is misplaced due to transportation reasons,and it is necessary togrind the hole position first.It is forbidden to force the silicon carbide rod into the hole.
