Selecting a dental zirconia block is not simply a choice between strength and translucency. Dental laboratories often need different material characteristics for different restoration types, aesthetic expectations and technician workflows. Our dental zirconia blocks are developed as a multi-grade system covering multilayer, high-translucency and high-strength zirconia options. The range includes the 3D PRO Multilayer Series, ST, SHT and UT Series, allowing laboratories to select a suitable balance of mechanical performance, translucency and shade appearance. With multiple VITA-based shades, 95 mm and 98.5 mm diameters, and different thickness options, the system is designed for flexible CAD/CAM dental restoration workflows.
The 3D PRO Multilayer Series is positioned for laboratories seeking a combination of saturated shades, high translucency and balanced strength.
The Standard version offers 800–1200 MPa flexural strength and 43–57% translucency across a broad VITA-based shade range.
The 3D PRO Light version uses a slightly lighter incisal shade, leaving more room for technicians who prefer additional brush detailing and individual characterization.
For laboratories and technicians who prioritize cost efficiency and processing tolerance, the 3D Basic Multilayer provides a more accessible option while maintaining 800–1100 MPa flexural strength and 43–57% translucency.
Its greater tolerance to furnace temperature deviations and slightly stronger top layer can make it a practical choice for less experienced technicians.
The ST, SHT and UT multilayer series provide different combinations of strength and translucency.
With translucency ranging from 43% to 49% and flexural strength from 650 to 1100 MPa, technicians can select a zirconia grade according to the desired balance between structural performance and aesthetic requirements.
| Product Requirement | Available Solution |
|---|---|
| Aesthetic Layering | Multilayer zirconia with gradual shade and translucency transitions |
| High Translucency | ST, SHT and UT options up to 49% translucency |
| Strength Selection | Multiple grades from 650 MPa to 1400 Mpa |
| Shade Selection | Multiple VITA-based shades and BL options on designated series |
| CAD/CAM Compatibility | 95 mm and 98.5mm diameter options |
| Laboratory Flexibility | Different grades for aesthetic, structural and budget requirements |
The zirconia blocks are designed for CAD/CAM dental restoration workflows, including:
- Dental crowns
- Inlays and onlays
- Veneers
- Dental bridges
- Full-arch restorations
The appropriate zirconia grade should be selected according to the restoration design, required mechanical performance and aesthetic requirements.
