T420 Side-Control General Surgery Table – Flexible Dual-Side Operation Reliable Hydraulic Lift

The T420 General Surgery Table is a mature, versatile surgical platform characterized by its side-mounted multi-position controls. Backrest, leg section, lateral tilt, lumbar bridge, and Trendelenburg adjustments can be conveniently performed from either side of the table. Combined with a dependable hydraulic lifting system and an easy-to-use mobility mechanism, it provides stable, precise, and ergonomic positioning support for a wide range of surgical procedures.

1. Dual-Side Backrest & Leg Section Adjustment: Backrest adjustment handwheels and leg section control handwheels are installed on both the left and right sides of the table. Medical staff can easily adjust these positions from either side, greatly enhancing operational convenience.

2. Lateral Tilt & Lumbar Bridge Control: A lateral tilt adjustment crank (Crank 7) is located on the right side for controlling left and right tilt. Additionally, a lumbar bridge adjustment crank (Crank 6) is also on the right side for easy lumbar elevation.

3. Relocatable Trendelenburg Control: The Trendelenburg/reverse tilt handle is mounted on the right side but can be detached and reinstalled on the left side as needed, adapting to different operating room layouts and surgeon preferences.

4. Reliable Hydraulic Lifting System: The table uses a hydraulic pump mechanism for height adjustment. Hydraulic oil (pre-removed from the pump at the factory) must be refilled before first use. Continuous pumping of the foot pedal raises the table smoothly, with automatic stop at maximum height. Pressing the pedal fully down allows the table to descend slowly, ensuring safe and simple operation.

5. Convenient Mobility & Locking Mechanism: The base is equipped with swivel casters and a floor lock mechanism controlled by the same pedal. Stepping on the lock pedal lowers the casters, lifting the base for easy transport; releasing the pedal secures the table firmly to the floor for stability during procedures.
